This privacy policy statement sets out how Airspeed uses and protects any information and data that you may provide us with when you access this website and services. Airspeed is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in compliance with national and international laws and guidelines.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you and your organisation can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and in relation to the relevance of that specific enquiry.

We may use the information to improve our products and services. Airspeed does not currently send newsletters, bulletins or email marketing. It has no plan to commence this practice in the foreseeable future, but it will provide an update here if this policy is reviewed.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your contact information will never be shared with a third-party, traded or disclosed in any way. This is the Airspeed Privacy Guarantee. Furthermore, all files and data share with Airspeed via this website are transferred under mutual agreement of the standard Non Disclosure Agreement a copy of which can be viewed here: xxx.

This does not prevent an addendum to this NDA to include your own terms a later date. Both Airspeed and the third party will review additional NDA terms on application.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information or request deletion or update in total or in part at any time.

You can email us at info@airspeedllc.com we will typically respond within 72 hours, depending on the nature of the change, we may require further identification if appertaining to an alternative email address or contact details associated with an account. For deletion, this will not be necessary and we will send a final email to the address provided to let you know that your details have been deleted from our system. This does not prevent you from contacting Airspeed and opting to resume communications in the future.

We will never share your personal information unless expressly required to do so by law, in any of the territories in which we operate. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held please contact us by email here: we may require further identification before we are able to disclose information we hold about a particular individual or company.
